At DKART GALLERY, we ensure that every artwork and limited edition print meets the highest museum standards. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, our policy outlines the conditions below.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers residing in the European Union have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 calendar days from the date of physical receipt without providing a reason.
Return Conditions
- Original Packaging & Condition: Works must be returned in their original condition and securely packed using equivalent protective layers (rigid corners, moisture barriers, and heavy-duty shipping tubes or crating).
- Certificate of Authenticity (COA): Any returned Original Artwork or numbered Fine Art Print must include the original, undamaged Certificate of Authenticity. Returns without the certificate cannot be processed.
- Exclusions (Custom & Commission Works): In accordance with statutory law, custom-made works, tailored framing configurations, and bespoke commissioned paintings are non-refundable once approved and dispatched.
Return Process
- Notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery via email at contact@dkart.gallery with your order number.
- Repack the piece safely in its original shipping container.
- Dispatch the return via a tracked and fully insured courier service to:DKART GALLERY Dorota Kapelskaos. Orła Białego 3 lok. 6261-251 Poznań, Poland
The customer covers direct return transit expenses, courier insurance, and applicable return customs fees.
Inspection & Refunds Once the piece is received and inspected to verify it is intact and undamaged, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Damaged Shipments If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please take photographs of the outer packaging and the affected piece immediately and contact us at contact@dkart.gallery within 48 hours to initiate an insured priority replacement or compensation claim.
