We take extraordinary care in packaging and handling to guarantee that each piece of fine art arrives in museum-grade condition. All shipments are fully insured and tracked door-to-door via premium express couriers (DHL Express, FedEx, UPS).
Packaging Standards
- Fine Art Prints (in Protective Tubes): Prints are rolled with acid-free glassine paper, sealed in moisture-proof protection, and dispatched in heavy-duty, reinforced rigid postal tubes. A signed Certificate of Authenticity and handling gloves are included.
- Original Oil Artworks: Protected with multi-layer bubble wrap, foam corner guards, shock-absorbing rigid panels, and dispatched in reinforced crating.
Production & Handling Times
- Original Artworks: 2–4 business days (documentation, certificate signing, structural crating).
- Unframed Prints (Tubes): 3–5 business days (pigment printing, curing, numbering, inspection).
- Framed Works (under acrylic): 5–8 business days (custom framing and protective crating).

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
- European Union: All prices include applicable statutory VAT. No additional customs duties apply.
- International Orders (USA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, etc.): Shipments may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
